Rev. Junior Kersey was a cherished minister, voice of the Lady Jackets and Jackets basketball teams for 14 years, and a passionate supporter of Williamsburg youth. The memorial scholarship continues his mission by aiding Williamsburg Independent Schools students in achieving their educational goals.
